Engineering leadership lack integrity and are constantly persecuting those who they feel are not on their side or those who speak up about problems. A bully culture exists within engineering this is swept under the rug to make all appear normal. Senior leadership know what should be done in engineering but are reluctant to do the right thing.

Ops and Engineering organization is shrouded in secrecy. Lot of internal conflict. Non technical managers make technical decisions and executives are very disconnected from ground reality. No career evolution. UK friendly decision making.
