Pros

The leadership has changed a lot this year and all for the better, things are looking up. Management listened and this year Anaplan hired a new CFO, new VPs, changed some employees' roles around. This new leadership is friendly, approachable, and transport, There is an Anaplan spirit, and a united vision among the SF office to make this a great company and big success. This could be something really big....and I am honored to be a part of the movement. Plus...there is an Anaplan running club and free Happy Hours once a week, plus lots of Giants games.

Cons

no formal 401k plan or retirement plan for employees, but we do have stock options and opportunities to win big if the coming goes public ...

The people are smart. The product is game changing. The company is nimble. They try to do the right thing in all situations.

Cons

As mentioned above, the company is nimble but is a bit too nimble at times. Changes (even good ones) could be better communicated.
