I was lucky to know a couple of ex colleagues here at Anaplan before I joined and that was helpful because I knew the type of culture was one I would love to work for. Respectful, caring, motivational, learning, supportive and ambitious and it has fulfilled all of those and more. I love the journey we are on with Thoma Bravo and the future and the opportunties that brings. We have a great product that solves so many business problems today and that is a big help in our ability to articulate the value we bring. My direct team are great- we trust each other, we inspire each other and we all want to be the best we can be- we are a very strong team. I am really enjoying my journey here at Anaplan and could recommend enough
Cons
There are not any real cons from my perspective, like many companies we have a fast paced environment and there is always change in terms of new ideas and processes. If you can handle that then you will fit in perfectly here.
