      Compensation is above average when you take into consideration the total package. HR has goals on increased scores on Glassdoor … be weary of positive reviews.

      Too many to list. If you want an authentic look at the company go on blind and read the reviews. Change is hard for people and there is a lot of change happening at the moment.       Used to be a great place to work, then bought by a Private Equity Firm and gutted

      Pros

      Used to be a fun and collaborative place to work. Leadership was clear and helpful and there were perks in-office and remote.

      Cons

      Bought by Thoma Bravo, who nearly immediately switched to a "cut anything we can so we make our money back" mindset and laid off almost all support and engineering in the US. What says "dedication to employees and customers" more than that?
