      Pros

      Can't think of any. It used to be a good place before the acquisition and when they had few leaders in the US.

      Cons

      The situation at Anaplan resembles the Titanic after hitting the iceberg; its fate seems inevitable. Management's primary concern appears to be maximizing profits and preparing for a swift exit. Engineering receives scant attention during all-hands meetings, with the focus heavily skewed towards the sales and marketing teams to maintain their morale. The UK leadership has assumed full control, with only a handful of staff remaining in the US, signaling an imminent countdown for their departure. The disregard shown towards the US teams suggests they are viewed merely as expenses. It would not be surprising if one day the entire US office is shuttered. There is a noticeable absence of innovation and respect within the company culture.

      Mature leadership team that is very transparent (Monthly all-hands meetings, regular feedback, high focus on execution) Strong culture of coaching and commitment to invest in talent Growing company with lots of opportunities across the business
