      Pros

      Always lots of things going on, work with (some) cool technologies. Teams are encouraged to be autonomous and really own their bit of the stack. Culture within teams is really motivating.

      Cons

      Growing pains in transitioning from a startup into a 'normal' company. New processes and hierarchies are being tried out and it's a little distracting. Training's always offered and encouraged from the higher ups but in the day to day it never feels like you have the spare time to step out and take it.

      Fantastic Technology, great client references, growth of company is exciting! New CEO to take Anaplan to next level.

      Lack of Diversity and professionalism at times. Weak management in key areas and need consistent leadership.

      leadership has changed for the better...future looks bright

      Pros

      The leadership has changed a lot this year and all for the better, things are looking up. Management listened and this year Anaplan hired a new CFO, new VPs, changed some employees' roles around. This new leadership is friendly, approachable, and transport, There is an Anaplan spirit, and a united vision among the SF office to make this a great company and big success. This could be something really big....and I am honored to be a part of the movement. Plus...there is an Anaplan running club and free Happy Hours once a week, plus lots of Giants games.

      Cons

      no formal 401k plan or retirement plan for employees, but we do have stock options and opportunities to win big if the coming goes public ...
