      Pros

      Everyone at Anaplan is incredibly nice, intelligent, and driven! The benefits are incredible - great PTO, well-being days, health insurance, 401-k matching, parental leave, company merch/swag, and a flexible work environment. Our leadership has a very clear vision for the company, and works to foster transparency, engage employees, and continuously improve.

      Cons

      Anaplan definitely maintains a fast-paced, rigorous pace and the expectations are high. It's not the right environment for everyone, especially those that don't like to be challenged or don't work well under high pressure. The company is undergoing a ton of change and transformation, so there's a lot going on at all time, but it opens up individual opportunities for growth if you're willing to step up to the plate.
