Business Outlook
Pros
Very values based company, with really good people to work with and a great product. The company also provides a lot of free well-being support and flexible around peoples personal priorities (family etc) Work-wise, there are lots of opportunities to work with leading edge products, and they are quite open to investing where we aren't at the forefront.
Cons
(Like other companies) they are pushing people back in the office, which because we are across so many timezones & locations means you often are in an office with no one you directly work with
