Pros

Started as an SDR at Anatomage in January 2022. Upper management has changed, we have a sales director now and a good organizational structure. Some of the older reviews were from older employees at a time when the company's leadership was different, so I cannot speak about the older reviews. Very casual work culture, great managers, and great team support. Any new graduate would learn a lot working here and get a good start in the medical devices and tech industry in Silicon Valley.

Cons

Some working processes can be smoothened out but it is nothing difficult to work with.
