Most employees are young, so if you are fresh or a few years out of college, you'll find some good friends in your co-workers. Products are innovative and impressive.

Cons

Management is absolutely terrible! And unless you're a software developer, you're going to be underpaid.

Horrible culture, all about profitability. They will fire you in a day with no explanation. Bad benefits for Startup, that’s making so much money. Very low pay too.
