      Impressed by the Improvement

      Pros

      I joined during the pandemic and while my experience has differed from previous employees, I also had concerns joining due to the Glassdoor reviews. However, in my personal experience I have seen improvement from what I had previously heard. I've seen small changes culturally and steps leadership are working on towards becoming a better company. I understand large missions take time and I am ready to see what Anatomage brings for this new year post-pandemic.

      Cons

      There is always room for improvement. I'm hopeful to see how Anatomage can modernize and adapt to new cultural patterns. I believe that those who do not adapt and make significant changes like top leading companies are the ones who will slowly lose on the best and most qualified candidates.

      Pros

      Lots of snacks. Good insurance. Young atmosphere. That's about it.

      Cons

      Extremely low morale. Alarmingly high turn over rate. It all boils down to the CEO and managers who constantly micromanage and are very moody. Pay is LOW especially compared to other companies in the Bay Area. Out of 100 employees I have not met a single satisfied coworker, everyone is actively applying to other jobs to get out. Turnover rate is so high that everyone is constantly confused on what the proper protocols are. Sooner or later you will hate waking up in the morning and wish you never took the job.

      Pros

      The people here are great. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Employee benefits are good. We have weekly breakfast, snacks, drinks and more. Then we have quarterly team event which is awesome. I like the work environment by far. Most important, my manager acknowledged my for my hard-work and so appreciation for it. This is a great place to learn and start my career.

      Cons

      Sometimes my workload is more than what I can do in 8 hours. But again, I like to be busy.
