You find out fast just what a horrible place this is to work.

Cons

This is a company going under fast. Management treats employees like crap. Salary is too low for the amount of work they expect you to do. Benefits are non existent. Owner is difficult to work with and abusive to everyone. Project Managers are pitted against each other to win owners approval. Dishonest and Unprofessional business practices are the norm and the HR department is the worst offender.
