      Pros

      The technology is truly amazing, unique and the best in class. Customers love the product and want it! Support from the company has great especially from the west coast sales director. He is a true team player who really cares about his team. Dustin promotes a growth mindset to support both personal and company goals and leads by example. True growth is outside the comfort zone! I appreciate his strategic approach, perseverance and creative ideas to drive sales.

      Cons

      With high turn-over of teachers and not having a field sales rep in my particular area for quite some time, my focus has been on re-building customer support through service. While a bit of a negative as far as time necessary to build relationships, this can be turned into a positive... Sales will follow!

      Pros

      Many opportunities to work on unique and interesting projects across a variety of different products. People are amazing and very collaborative.

      Cons

      Difficult to progress in career. To be considered for a promotion typically requires some direct interactions with senior leadership (i.e. CEO). Nearly all promotions require becoming a people manager and is rarely granted to remote employees.
