Pros

I like all of my coworkers Relaxed environment Flexible working hours Innovative company

Cons

Instead of focusing on a clear business goal the company chases random ventures on a monthly basis. There is no direction other than being the yes-man to any and all requests. Quality is often sacrificed to meet totally unreasonable deadlines. The culture of "oh, we will just fix it later" causes countless hours of extra work and lost revenue. There is little to no possibility for promotions or career development. Instead they promote from outside and choose to force unwanted duties on employees without any extra benefit. Its no wonder the retention rate is so bad. Seriously underpaid for the work I do. Okay for a early career experience but no future.

Impressed by the Improvement

Pros

I joined during the pandemic and while my experience has differed from previous employees, I also had concerns joining due to the Glassdoor reviews. However, in my personal experience I have seen improvement from what I had previously heard. I've seen small changes culturally and steps leadership are working on towards becoming a better company. I understand large missions take time and I am ready to see what Anatomage brings for this new year post-pandemic.

Cons

There is always room for improvement. I'm hopeful to see how Anatomage can modernize and adapt to new cultural patterns. I believe that those who do not adapt and make significant changes like top leading companies are the ones who will slowly lose on the best and most qualified candidates.
