Pros

I really like using the site so it's fun to create stuff that I use. My coworkers and manager are great. The environment is pretty relaxed which I like. Unlimited PTO and people actually use it! About as good as work can be, I think.

Cons

There have been annual layoffs in recent years. I worry about the future of the company.
