      Pros

      It's so nice to work at a place where safety and quality of work is of the utmost concern. Lots of employees here that on on the verge of retirement and put in over 20 years here. Pay is decent and competitive for manufacturing.

      Cons

      Some of the machines are old and starting to have issues that need to be fixed but nothing serious.

      great customers, order desk & plant team member are great too. being the source for dies and other required items was a great approach

      Cons

      mgmt. slow to react to big changes; company sold a key division, and did not move or invest quickly enough to take advantage of new world
