1. Labor management systems are really old. 2. Rotating shifts Had to resign from the company because spouse is relocating.

Pros

Pays well. Decent benefits with a better health plan available after 2 years of service. PTO and HP days. SOME good people. If you are young and single get in there and GET THAT MONEY!

Cons

rotating shift is absolutely atrocious. management has no idea how to communicate effectively. one example being how one lead will ask for machines to be changed over to a certain job and then soon after (sometimes before the change over is done) someone else runs up and says to change to something else as its "urgent". Very rumor-mill throughout the facility
