      Pros

      Persons with a desire to add value to the company are respected and presented with opportunities for advancement. This is a company with a future and an established position in its community. Also ESOP which means the employees have a vested interest in the success of the company.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment and runs a little lean. Probably as much a pro as this company doesn't squander its resources.

      No pros. Stepping stone pure and simple

      Cons

      This company uses nepotism as a key tool for hiring new employees, if you do not have the appropriate last name then you are nothing to them. No organization in any aspect of this company and unqualified staff in every position imaginable. All aboard the Titanic!
