I liked it, chill culture though i was only an Intern. Pay was fine but not great compared to law. Job was pretty boring but they did a pretty good job on selling us to take a return offer.

Cons

They sort of treated the JDs and the college interns the same

Great benefits, office has a family feel, lots of company events, off early on Fridays during off season.

Cons

The tax industry takes a lot of your time and sucks your soul. PTO backout end of February through April 15, then end of July through October 15 for busy season.
