I don’t know how there isn’t a lawsuit against Andersen windows. They only gave profit sharing to employees who were vaccinated against covid. Is that not discrimination? What happened to a person’s freedom to choose? I don’t want to inject something that was rushed to market with no testing in to my body and Andersen punished me for it. This is the reason I quit.

Pros

Pay is excellent but still not worth it for everything you have to endure to get it.

Cons

Absolute crap company. No organization in management and office personnel. Getting help with silly things like benefits, PTO, etc is like pulling teeth. Trainers brag about hazing new employees making it a miserable place to work. Not to mention, the physical you have to pass to prove you can handle up to a 100 lbs routinely is a joke considering you'll be doing almost 3x that weight frequently
