Pros

Proud to represent an organization with a premier product.

Cons

Development programs in logistics and operations promote leaders without experience in other organizations. They are also promoted to fill the gaps in their resume not based on talent, skills and ability.

Not cut throat, people care

Pros

Andersen cares about their employees, and if you show initiative and interest in moving up they will help you find opportunities. They have good vacation time. They make a quality product and don't cut corners. They have above average benefits. Being privately held, the business is more stable as they aren't beholden to quarterly earnings. It isn't cut throat. I wouldn't call it super diverse, but it is more diverse than the county it is located in. There are more women than the manufacturing average. They have added more diverse board members recently.

Cons

Most opportunities are centered in the twin cities. Change is slow.
