Pros

Flexible for the most part. Working in and with Best Buy was enjoyable. There are many divisions and a lot of employees of this company so don't get fooled by the low rating. If you can snag a full time position the company is great to work with.

Cons

Sometimes dealing with part time employees can be difficult.

Pros

Meeting new people and new friends . Working with best buy workers was awsome. Regular merchandising was good. Hours were good.

Cons

They expected 3 days of work to be done in 4 hrs time. DM used to text people constantly at all hours from late at night to early in the morning to remind people what needed to be done the next day and was not suppose to be contacting off the clock and waking people up that had cell phones and interrupted there sleep. UNREAL !!!! The DM has no other life outside of working . Survey have to be done and if not you would hear about it. DM became condenscending and 2 - faced after awhile and lied to employees constantly which I am quite sure there told to do this from corporate.I finally made the decision to say "see ya later!!. " Although Im working part time now" Im stress free" .Dont apply here the turnover is not good for this company and as of today part timers have no hours and if so its been cut as low as 4 hours now and some full timers have only 9 -16 hours to live on finacially.
