What used to be a good company has gone downhill. Anderson has changed drastically in the past 12 years. Too much work for time given. There was no way to come close to being able to complete activities given. Yet they expect it to be done. Completely unrealistic. Micromanaged. Inadequate compensation. Company does not value their employees on the front line. Not enough training.
