my District manager is the most kind person I've ever worked for. she works right along side her employees. she stays in touch during the r entire work day by having a group text for all employees to talk or s ask questions thru out the day about a job they are doing. when it comes to being understanding about family, she's all for it. I have a mom that had a stroke and she has many doctor appointments. my boss Denise has always given me permission to leave early or come in late if I need to. she let's me catch up on the weekend if I need to. the company is well organized and communicates very well. the pay is good and the benefits are just as good.
