      Pros

      Good company very innovative and likes been one step ahead. Traveling and meeting different people almost everyday. Feels like your part of something professional.

      Cons

      I've been in the company for 3 years now and haven't seen one raise and i started below average for a Territory Sales Lead at 9.25 an hour. The mileage cover by the company doesn't cover wear and tear of your personal car and its hard on your pocket when oil and wheel changes comes around.

      traveling can get tedious. use of your own car means extreme wear and tear.

      Pros

      High pay compared to the retailers we work in and in relation to what the job requires in terms of skills, flexible hours, distributed workforce environment which means no direct supervision from management. Free movies from various studio partners throughout the year, sometimes dependent on performance as measured by execution of placement of various promotions.

      Cons

      Sometimes the workload for a given week far exceeds the under 40 hour requirement; Company rarely approves overtime and will often commit to more work from many partners than can feasibly be accomplished in one week and then commits to hardly enough the next, instead of working with our clients to balance the workload between weeks.
