They communicate well with employees and have quarterly 'town hall' meetings that are live and streamed also. Lots of nice people at corporate.
Cons
Extremely 'corporate' attitude from management (at least the two bosses I had). Very micro-managed. My boss managed in a way that seemed as though he knew his position wasn't super necessary. So he went out of his way to micro-manage and create arbitrary expectations that only served to show HIS boss how 'necessary' he was. It actually stressed me to the point of distraction, being concerned about how anything might appear because, as he once told me "appearances matter." (implication: we're watching) True story: Early in the pandemic our team had to do the 'timeclock check in' on our Teams group chat. I had to do some tech support for my son with his remote school, so I signed on at 8:03 am instead of 8:00:00 am. My manager had already messaged me asking where I was.
