Life insurance, medical, dental, vision. 401K. Like the fact it is flexible most of the time. Have to hold yourself accountable.

Too much work all at once and other times not even 40 hours.

Given company phone, decent ability to transfer locations if moving

Cons

With the new hand sanitizer tasks all employees work at least 6 days a week and have to visit stores at least twice a day, management may or may not have your back if issues arise, Walmart management does not like dealing with you (or 3rd parties in general), schedules update at 4am and your schedule will change on the fly daily, little to no work life balance (management may become upset if you turn your work phone off when not working), pay is not competitive
