Pros

NOTHING !!! You do not set your own hours and work at your own pace. You are given 60+ hours of work to do in 40. And do "NOT" go over. Your DM has no say over the activities loaded on your device.

Cons

Nothing has changed with the new hourly structure, who has time for breaks. Most employees still work off the clock stocking product. You are still going to get phone calls after hours if an activity is loaded late, or if it simply reappears. The stores still expect help, but we are too busy doing other things that we have no time to complete.

Pros

The hours are good, generally in the mornings. You hopefully will get a good leader/manager above you like I had and things will run smooth. A background working in stores such as Wal-Mart s a plus because you will know what the company expects of you already . This is great job for Stay at Home, retired or just simply bored people who work hard and are self driven that have previous experience in major retail stores. It is a wonderful job over all just not enough hours offered to pay the bills.

Cons

Not to many hours are available, you work maybe 15 or up to 20 if your lucky, and the pay is just okay nothing great. You would waste all your money you earn on benefits if you need that. And you rely on the stores you work in to keep up with merchandise and it can become "lost" because they do not know how to store items and merchandise critical to your job. You work in WalMart stores and you have to dodge customers because they think you work for WalMArt and can become quite rude when you say you do not work there. Good Luck!! :)
