Pros
A fun and energetic place to work. You are on your own mostly so it's nice knowing your boss isn't always looking over your head. Occasionally you get free movies for your handwork and dedication. Weekly conference calls to keep all employees up to date with new projects and success rates.
Cons
Hours are extremely early, usually around 6 or 7 am, as the stores need to be set up before they open to customers. As a vending company some stores you work in might not see eye to eye with the way Anderson wants something done, so it can be challenging working with store management to merchandise product.
