Accommodating, great for part-time or students, low pay

Pros

Early hours which leaves the evening open. No Micro-managing!!!!! You are given the tools needed to perform the job and management is great with accommodating to schedule if needed.

Cons

Low pay, often have to work alone which can make the work load overwhelming at times.

It is a job. I do like what I was hired to do when I get to do it.

Cons

Policies and benefits are not equal between the different projects and even employees within my group. Music and movie sections are being cut in half in many stores. Not sure how long the jobs will be here. Told to lie to make the reports look good to the customers.
