Inept Management Impossible expectations, especially on Sundays Favoritism of co-workers by Management and Best Buy(examples are hours). Don't expect to report a co-worker that is liked by Management and Best Buy without getting a "He/She never does anything wrong" response. Lack of Communication Open Door Policy does not exist You will get blamed for things you didn't not do often by Management and Best Buy. If you're wrongly accused of something, you do not get due process. false statements will be reported against you, and if you're not liked, Management will do nothing to help you.
