      Pros

      Free books, movies and CD's from time to time.

      Cons

      No paid vacation, benefits or respect until you've been around for at least 90 days- sometimes a year, depending on your position.

      Pay the pay is slightly above average for this type of work.

      Cons

      No benefits. They give you an hour and a half to do a project that takes eight hours. Apparently they have no clue of how long it takes to do makeup resets. They are constantly telling you to cut hours cut hours. Even if I had rollerskates on, I could not do these projects in the amount of time that they are giving me. They are delusional or they want me to work off the clock after working with them a year I’m still trying to figure out which one it is.

      Dress code, dental and vision plan is good. 401k is okay

      Cons

      Small cramped cubes, can barely fit chairs, Medical is high deductible, so don't get sick. Poor leadership.
