Pros
Go in early, get off early. Minimal supervision.
Cons
The pay sucks, especially for what you are expected to do and learn. A lot of incompetent people working for the company. Ask 4 upper-lever associates a question and you will get 4 different answers. The benefits for part-time employees suck. Basically, they are offered a very simple medical plan that doesn't cover squat if you get seriously injured. The full-time employees are give everything, but it's the part-time employees who are the backbone of the company. The experience was horrible, to say the least!
