      Pros

      The first 2 years were great. Plenty of hours and overtime. Got to travel. If there were any issues you just contacted your manager or regional manager and they would do their best to fix the issue.

      Cons

      Becoming a supervisor was the worst decision. No time off to spend with family. Granted, you get a Fridays and Saturdays off but you only travel home every 3rd weekend. After traveling, for however long, you usually only get a total of 8-16 home time. It's sad when the only perk is choosing which hotel you can stay in if it's within budget.

      As long as you get your assigned work done in time it you get a lot of flexibility on start time.

      Cons

      Many of the stores you have to work in lack proper communication and accountability which can affect your activity compliance percentage.
