Pros

To start off, the one good thing about this company and generally this line of work is that it offers a great deal of freedom as far as scheduling goes. You can work almost any day at any time and so long as assignments are completed by their due date then not much will be said to you. Flexible scheduling Travel time Mileage reimbursement

Cons

The company suffers from a crippling lack of accountability from both their own management and the management of the stores they service. They will not hesitate to use their field representatives as convenient scapegoats to explain away their own shortcomings meanwhile they will load up even the most basic part timers with such morbid amounts of work that their turnover rate reaches unprecedented levels. Retention, raises, and upwards mobility are practically non-existent and Anderson protects a culture of manipulation and greed, letting their lower tier employees suffer to protect managers that are more than willing to lie to secure a purely numbers driven business that often feels less like a "family oriented company" and more akin to a tower of Jenga blocks that could collapse with even the smallest disturbance. As an entry level employee you could easily find yourself assigned with enough work to keep a full time employee busy for two weeks, but they'd rather it be done in 2 days by rushing through all of it with little attention to detail. Full timers are often quoted to do a full 40 hours per week but the company will fail to mention the cap on overtime, or the fact that when they reach their slow season getting as much as 20 hours a week becomes a struggle. Poorly managed No room for growth Too much work, not enough time or help
