Pay used to be decent, but amount of driving between stores blows that away.

Cons

Bad management. Pay needs to be better for employees that have been there for years. Especially when you’re going to 5-6 stores a week, and on Tuesdays and Fridays, 4-5 stores a day. Insurance is a joke, extremely expensive, high deductible. Telling clients that work is being done, but it can’t get done.
