Pros
Somewhat flexible schedule, but getting worse as workload continues to increase.
Cons
Long hours, low pay, laughable raises, poor training, unreasonable expectations, long travel times without adequate compensation. Management is completely out of touch with the realities in the sales field. They have no idea what we actually do or how we get it done. Assignments often get sent down that illustrate just how ignorant of our work they are.
