Fairly flexible with the schedule. Good for those who like to work independently and prefer task/goal oriented work as opposed to straight hourly labor.

Cons

Very short-staffed, so expect overtime. Poor training for new hires, focused on online video and quizzes. Rather than having the new hires work in the field with someone.

The job is flexible with scheduling so you can go to appointments as needed

Cons

Constant scheduling changes. Midnight shifts followed by day shifts, then midnight again is common. Amount of hours is 50+ a week or under 20, no in between. They never hire enough people, so you are always way understaffed. Get told to Cut corners and go faster and then get told to improve quality, on repeat.
