Flexible schedule, and nothing else

Cons

Low on the pay scale Extremely high expectations with unmanageable resources Way too much travel without enough reimbursement Management will throw you under the bus to cover themselves

Pros

Self starter, create own schedule and route, work alone, job was simple and straight forward.

Cons

Use own car, only pay for some gas. Job could change or be repetitive. Directions weren’t always clear. Parts of the job were redundant or extra. If you did the job too quick but it was perfect that was frowned on. Started laying off people some good some bad without severance.
