      Lacking honesty

      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Very nice people to work with. Training was a breeze with the employee that I was paired with.

      Cons

      The person who hired and interviewed me never mentioned there would be an overnight sometimes 1-3 nights each week. Pay is vey low for work expected. Very little to no advancement opportunities.

Our application process includes required availability, one of which is the availability to work overnight. Our wages are competitive and we work consistently to obtain additional revenue to increase the hours and wages of our most valued asset; our associates.

      Pros

      I used to LOVE this job over 10 years ago, one store, tons of commission, only 3 product lines to service, books, music and video.

      Cons

      Serving 10 or more product lines per week, too little time, too much work, no raises for years at a time, then it's less than 1% raise, taken commission away, no pay for mileage or car expenses, there's so many negatives it's hard to even get up in the morning, I've read many of the other reviews, their not exaggerating!!
