      Ability to work on cool, technically challenging projects with talented and motivated coworkers. Benefits are great too (including the food)!

      It really is fast paced and there is constant change with the company's rate of growth, so not for everyone

      Pros

      Benefits are insanely generous: -RSU package -free breakfast, lunch, and take home dinner -lots of OT opportunity -lots of cross training opportunity -this role in particular is a good stepping stone to promote into another role -autonomy is huge! Didn’t really experience any micromanaging

      Cons

      -some amount of OT is required weekly (I’m an OT warrior so it didn’t bother me) -start-up culture not for everyone. Truly a grind mentality but worth it imo.
