Pros

It started out as a fun place to work at. There are interesting projects to work on. A lot of super smart and genuinely kind coworkers. Free meals and snacks.

Cons

As the company grew, the environment became very corporate. New upper management treats employees like resources. Feedback and concerns are not valued. They are often ignored. No work life balance.
