Pros

- good pay - fully paid insurance - free & excellent breakfast & lunch - free gym

Cons

- Good people are fired without good reason. - Some leadership doesn't care about work life balance or burning out their staff. - Some leaders are egomaniacs that can't handle feedback, and will just fire you. - Some leaders are openly disrespectful. - You can't speak up if you see something is wrong. - Be careful who you talk to. If someone doesn't like you, you might lose your job. - Nepotism.

Pros

Going home at the end of a very long day and tons of free junk food.

Cons

Just another company trying to be cool by seducing new talent into thinking they'll matter while management is clueless.

Pros

Competitive Compensation: Strong salary, bonuses, and equity packages. Excellent Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare, retirement, and wellness perks. Mission-Driven Work: Focused on national security with cutting-edge technology. High Growth Potential: Company is aggressively pursuing IPO; equity may significantly increase in value. Smart, Talented Workforce: Surrounded by high-caliber individuals from tech and defense sectors. Fast-Paced Environment: Ideal for those who thrive on rapid iteration and execution. Modern Tools: Heavy use of Slack and other tech-first platforms streamlines collaboration.

Cons

Work-Life Balance: High operational tempo; long hours are common and often expected. Cultural Fit: Skews young and tech-centric—may feel less structured or mature than traditional defense firms. Leadership Style: Top-down with strong central direction; not always collaborative. Lack of Process Maturity: Rapid growth means some traditional programmatic or acquisition rigor is lacking. High Turnover: Not uncommon for folks to burn out or realize the culture isn't a match.
