- Extremely fast-paced - Highly dynamic work, every week is new - Very hands on work. - Highly generalist roles as a hardware engineer, many will manage full lifecycle of components and products from concept to manufacturing.

Cons

- Stressful at times - Fast pace means mistakes and failures will happen - Still young and maturing company, internal processes still being developed out.

It seems like they do everything possible for you to be comfortable at work. from food, drinks, snack, GYM, nap room... the list goes on and on and on. projects are going fast and new ideas are becoming part of your everyday life. there is nothing to stop you to get the right tools and support. people are one slack away to answer your question, most of them are actually here under the same roof. whatever HW you need is here if not, you have access to Amazon, digikey, keysight .... stock options are great, gives you a feeling of ownership in the company (it is actually the ownership) Free health care 100% Free EV charge station Unlimited vacation with a $2500 bonus for your vacation expense

Cons

there is no 401K matching which is normal for a startup company plus the stock option is worth more anyway
