      Pros

      As far as IT companies go, Anfotech did a nice job of keeping in touch over the course of my 8 month engagement and then again weekly after my contract ended. It's a company that cares about professional success but is respectful that their employees also have personal lives.

      NONE If at all I can say, you will survive the worst phase of your life as long as you are an anfotech employee.

      Cons

      Unpaid for most of your term. never produced a pay stub to its employees for details on the paycheck. zero marketing. no management. Just one man show Vishwam Annam. Who never answer your call till you leave the company.
