The new VP brought in new manager, New DOE has brought in his favourites and playing internal politics. Totally destroyed the collaborative work culture and WLB. The manger and VP conduct their own daily scrum with favourites, keeping others in dark. Everything is now based on visibility and not on quality of work. Favourites are highlighted by higher management and rest all are just openly blamed for minor mistakes. Their good work is overlooked. Appraisal are now only for favourites. Many are looking for new opportunities outside.
