Onboarding was smooth and HR was very supportive throughout the joining process. The team is helpful, seniors are approachable, and expectations are explained clearly in the first week.

Cons

Since I’ve only been here a short time, I’m still exploring the processes and tools. More structured early training sessions or documentation would make it even easier for new joiners.
