1. Placing useless cold calls. 2. During the interview and job offer, the work time is 9.30-6.30 with off on Sunday, Later they will force you to work Sundays and even on public holidays and the time schedule also changes. 3. Especially they hire for offline sales jobs, never go for these jobs as they have put target which won't happen and incentives are only after the target achieved.
