Not so good a place to work

Pros

-Being in Product Development, you will have immense learning opportunities -Good Canteen, Coffee Machine, Good Infrastructure -They make clean products and focus on User Experience

Cons

-They expect too much out of some people and nothing out of some people -Extremely unprofessional behavior by senior people towards subordinates - They expect too much in very little time with almost no time for analysis before making the product -Not very accepting culture towards new joiners in Senior Management -HODs are not very coordinated with each other and bring in their ego clashes when it comes to working together -Inter Team coordination also very unprofessional -Salary structure not very good
