      Nice company to get into profile of sub broker

      Pros

      Timings are good. you just need to work like a consistency. Work load is not that much but yes sometime you have to work prior to timings.

      Cons

      Salary is not that much as you expect after years. Actually it depends just on incentives maximum. But yes it all depends on customers.

      Lot of work pressure

      Pros

      Salary comes on time Incentives( but low salaries). Anyone can get a job here ( even 12th pass) Pays for your NISM exam(only if your clear the exam)

      Cons

      Never Focuses on Giving good service to the clients . May even call employees on Sunday without any pay or compensatory Leave . Dealers are expected to generate brokerage, sell accounts , Insurance policies ( that are not even good) , sell any product company tells you Max 20 mins break Working hours are not fixed (anything between 9-11 hours) Etcc
